Hardly a day goes by without people asking me the question: “How can I do what you do? - Can you teach me how to be successful investing in foreclosures and wholesale properties?”
Often this question is followed by the remark: “…and by the way my credit is poor and I don’t have any money.”
OK, so I’ve been reluctant to do this because I’m working on deals every day (I have hardly enough time to keep up this blog, let alone teach people what I do…). But now it’s time to lift the curtain.
One of the biggest thing about investing in foreclosures is marketing. You have to attract motivated sellers to call you on a continued basis. And not only that, unless you want to buy foreclosures to keep as rentals for yourself, you also have to attract BUYERS to whom you can wholesale your foreclosure properties.
