I use Realtors to sell my deals. The Buyers dont join lists, they dont blow smoke about what they do, they just do it !!! I dont believe in any Guru systems coz it only passes money from my pocket to theirs. I learnt 85% of what I know, from 3 yrs of trial & error coz ppl can be complicated & greedy. 15% I learnt from watchin doers NOT fluff blowers. Yes lndeed last month I sold a house in 3 days coz it was a HOT neighborhood and my price was $9K less than the second best. So what is all this fuss and fluff about SIMS and nonsense? My mail box has been flooded W Guru hype & fluff all over the United States including Greg himself. What is does the product offer that benefits me differently? What does it give that I dont already have? What need does it create for me that makes me spend another dime on it. Gurus need to focus a lot more attention on the "People angle" of Real Estate and forget all this rehashed recycled junk that many people have already figured out.
