It was gut wrenching and as a seller you have to have patience and confidence in your realtor. I am now attempting to sell my second short sale property and rid myself of this rock off my chest. Ive been current on my mortgages so it has been more difficult to deal with banks. My point is....I am now intrigued with this business and see how many thousands of people are not as fortunate as I to get an investor to buy my property right away (thanks to realtor) and would like to try to facilitate funding for investors to help close approved short sales quickly. I know absolutely nothing about this, mind you, except for what Ive gone through and the self education Ive been through the last 4 months. Thanks for any help.
