I am new in the Real Estate Industry. However, I’ve spent over 3 years looking from outside-in (observing, contemplating and studying a little) but stayed on the sidelines. It is just now that the threat of losing the family business in a few months that I have decided to pursue the Real Estate business as an Investor. Thank you for this information, I have been buying, downloading and listening to almost all the GURUs online today. But the simple steps that you talk about in “Guru’s Secrets” is totally new to me.
