However, I've spent over 3 years looking from outside-in (observing, contemplating and studying a little) but stayed on the sidelines. It is just now that the threat of losing the family business in a few months that I have decided to pursue the Real Estate business as an Investor. I've spent almost $15,000 in the past 3 months in courses. Out of the courses I took and am still studying, I found only three people that I want to be my mentors. Thomas happens to be one of them. The reason being is that he does not hesitate to help. He seems to be very sincere in teaching his craft which he has developed over years of investing. I feel that he gives sound advice and has kept me in check so that I don't make detrimental mistakes before I can even get my business off the ground.
